2007 Deposit Promotion?

It is now 5:15 MST and I have not received my e-mail yet. As I mentioned earlier I did not receive the latest sell-off list either. I have checked my member profile and everything is right and nothing is being blocked. I was receiving regular e-mails right up to the time we left on our vacation Apr 7.

Deposit Verified

Mark, I got a voice mail from you guys today that told me that my deposit had been verified. When I went online, my week is there but I see no bonus weeks. Will I see those later? What's the procedure?

deposited a week last Sunday, when I checked today, there was one bonus week, but I didn't see the Mexico week. Where should the Mexico week show ?

Read about the new promotion on TUG. Shouldn't I have received an email as a platinum member with a prime deposit week??

Holly - Thank you for your post. Please login at www.sfx-resorts.com and check to see if they are in the Add/Cancel a request screen. In that screen you should see your Available Exchange Credits and your bonus weeks enabled and ready for transacting.

With upcoming improvements to the login area, within a few weeks you will see both exchange weeks and bonus weeks in balance screen.

Garytam - thank you for your post. Not all resorts qualify for the 3 for 1. Some will be 2 for 1 which is still a great offer. If you can pm me your full name and account number, I can check to see which offer your resort qualifies for.

Hi Pat - if we receive your 2007 deposit on 7/1/2006... your Bonus Week will expire on 12/31/2007 (gives you about 1 1/2 years in which to use it).

Any 2007 deposits received in 2007 will have one year as of the date we receive the deposit in which to use the week.

Our policy is to reward those who deposit early with the greatest value and benefits.

I was under the impression that, because I was depositing so early, that I would have until 12/31/2007 to use both of the bonus weeks. Please enlighten, and thank you.

Hi Holly - sorry for any confusion. There are a number of Members who deposited their 2007 weeks prior to the announcement of the Special Offer. At that time your deposits were defaulted to the standard one year expiration as of the day your week was received for the Bonus Week. It was not known at that time if there would be an extension to 12/31/07.

The Special Offer was launched only one business day ago, which included the 12/31/07 deadline. This week we are updating the accounts of those who deposited 2007 weeks prior to the Special Offer for their Bonus Week to have the 12/31/07 expiration.

Hi Betty- We received the deposit today and it is still going through processing. Your resort hasn't verified your deposit information with us yet. Should be within a couple of days. Only after a resort has verified the deposit information does the Bonus Week credits appear in your account.
