Because not all resorts qualify for the 3 for 1, we do not want it linked openly to the public. We notify qualified resort Members via email. Are you a current Member with SFX?

If you would be kind enough to respond with a Private Message to include your full name, resort where you own and email address, we can gladly assist with more information.

I have a qualifying Pahio KK I'm thinking of depositing. The terms say that I cannot exchange back to my home resort, although I would still have the studio half of the lockout to use. I'm just wondering if I could trade the one bedroom for another Pahio resort. Thank you.

David - thank you for your post. You could use the lock-off portion for yourself at your home resort and exchange the master one bedroom portion.

Another option, you could exchange your week back into another Pahio Resort or be open to other good quality resorts as well.

What is the criteria for 3 for 1? Also, if you are offered 2 for 1 is that exchange, plus bonus week (not Mexico week) and can you request against bonus week and/or choose which week to use? Forgive me-I am very new at this and still learning.

When you place a request for your vacation, the agent will ask you if you wish to use the booking as your exchange or your Bonus Week.

You can send me a private message with the name of the resort where you own, and I will advise accordingly.
