Hi, I wonder if you can help me.
SFX had agreed to take my 2008 deposit and as I was unable to deposit on-line(the drop down menu wouldn't let me for 2008) Cory at SFX advised that he would process the deposit manually. A couple of e-mails went back and forth verifying unit size etc but I've not heard anything for the last few weeks despite sending a couple of e-mails asking for confirmation that SFX now have my 2008 deposit.
No deposit is showing on my SFX account on-line nor have I received anything in writing.
I have however been able to request an exchange on-line which I've done but as I'm a platinum member, I'm not sure if this is against my deposit or is a request in advance.
Can you help me find out if SFX have my deposit?
