Platinum rewards?

Mark, I got a marketing call from Barbara at SFX initially claiming (I think) that I would get a free upgrade to platinum membership courtesy of Grand Pacific Palisades. Then she said that since my membership expires August, 2009 (what? I am a gold member, so shouldn't ever expire), i would only get this free upgrade for 2 months. She then segued into a discussion of platinum rewards. I am confused as to whether the platinum rewards is related to platinum membership and what exactly I was being offered.

Platinum Status

I think Platinum is Platinum. Their are many benefits to Plat status. Lower exchange fees, point buydowns on purchase weeks, special deals, and many more. You need to contact the SFX crew to have them go over all the bene's. You may find them worth the cost.

I received the same sales call from another member of SFX. It is a marketing program for their new program.
