Where does Mexican bonus week show?

where does the "bonus" mexico week show up when one logs onto www.sfs-resorts.com?

can see exchange week and bonus week but no mexico week which was part of the promo when we originally deposited last year in October?

maybe i am just not looking in the right place or am missing something in our original submission last October ( was suppost to be 3 weeks for 1 ...exchange plus Two bonus weeks at only 299$, one being a mexican week ) )
