Alex - thank you for your post. It is not very common to receive a 3 bedroom exchange. The reason being, an Owner of a 3 bedroom unit would typically break it up into two units... a 1 bedroom suite, and a 2 bedroom suite. By depositing 2 increments, they receive 2 weeks of vacation in exchange. If they deposit the whole three bedroom unit as a one week deposit, they would only get one week back.

The point being, you would either end up with the 2 bedroom portion, or the 1 bedroom portion for your exchange. It simply does not make any sense for a 3 bedroom Owner to deposit it as a 3 bedroom one week deposit, when they can redeem 2 weeks as explained.
