I'm sorry if this question has been answered previously. I searched and could not find anything about it. Is it possible to deposit a Mayan Palace week and request an exchange into the Grand Mayan Riviera Maya?

Beth - thank you for your post. Unfortunately we are unable to upgrade from Mayan Palace to The Grand Mayan for an exchange.
