I have a week in St. Maarten (May 20th) that was facilitated by SFX (thanks!). My question is, will SFX contact me to confirm this or do I need to call in to confirm myself? Time is creeping up on me and I can't wait!

Meaning, do I have to do anything other than show up on the doorstep of the resort on May 20th? Or will I recieve a call within the next couple of weeks from SFX confirming the reservation of this week?

Eric - After you receive a written confirmation from us, your next step would be to reconfirm your reservation directly with the resort at least 72 hours prior to the check-in day. (Most resorts do not receive their check-in manifest until around 3 days prior to the check-in).

If the resort is international... we make that call for you.

Other than that... show up with a big smile on your face and have an incredible vacation !!
