Is there anyway to information from knowledgeable TPI personnel?

  • Is there anyway to information from knowledgeable TPI personnel?

    After more than three unsuccessful weeks (and more than ten calls) trying to deposit a week, I've noticed the same pattern: The service representative takes my information, says that they will check with someone else, then leaves a message that doesn't address my question. When I asked to speak to someone with expertise in the deposit verification area who can answer the question, I was told that they don't let the people with expertise talk to customers.
    Is there any way to talk to anyone with expertise at TPI?

    I apologize -- I spoke too soon

    TPI successfully verified the deposit with my resort. Aparently they had to call a lot of times to work things out.
    Thanks to the verification department, and to the customer service representatives and supervisor Brian for putting up with me!

        If you noticed the 2 posts above it was handled by the next day. Marcie gets a email copy of the post when it is posted here. She had Brian take care of it the next day.

        BTW I have called her myself and left her voice mails. She is so busy she hardly ever calls me back but normally she has her Rep call me back, I think she is move up the corporate chain ladder. She is also out of the office returning on 9/14

          Marcie told me my bonus week certificate could be used to book a week 60 days or less in advance. I was trying to book the bonus week several months ago. I could not reach Marcie and left her a couple voice messages. The other TPI representatives would not let me book the bonus week 45 days in advance. After waiting for Marcie to call me back for a couple days, that week was taken by someone else.

          If Marcie is too busy now to help the members here, can you ask the TPI owner to assign someone else to be the Timeshareforum TPI representative?

              Thank you Big Frank for getting me logged in...I do still log in however I have been out of the office off and on for the past 3 weeks so I do apologize for any delay in my responding.
