We do not allow exchange cancellations. We do offer timeshare insurance and will give an owner's week back if we are able to reuse the unit. We do not charge a guest certificate fee for members.
How much is the insurance fee? Do you refund or credit the exchange fee when the insured week is cancelled? Or when I use the cancelled week to confirm to another exchange, do I need to pay the exchange fee again?
Do you charge a fee for changing the name of the quest for a confirmed week?
The insurance is $49 per week. The insurance company refunds your exchange fee, any associated upgrade fees, and your maintenance fees up to $1500.
If you do not purchase the insurance and need to cancel we will attempt to reuse the week. If we are able to reuse the week you will be able to use your banked week for another exchange and will pay the service fee again.
We do not charge a fee to change a name on a reservation.
If I have purchased the insurance, does the insurance company require any document (medical, accident,...etc.) in order for it to refund the exchange fee. Would you please provide a link, so that we can read about the details.
Also, how far in advance must we cancel the confirmed exchange?
Can the bonus week be cancelled or have name change without a charge?
Bonus weeks can not be canceled; however, there is no fee to change a guest name on a bonus week reservation. If you cancel an exchange, we would have to reuse the week that you had reserved in order to credit back your banked week. The more time you give us to do that the more likely you will receive a credit.
