Im a Vec Member need info about 25% off weeks

Hello im a VEC member since july 2011, but i need info about how to apply for the 60 days 25% off, bonus weeks i know that that need to star in lest than 60 days but when i check it and want to use there is no 25 % dscount send email to info@tradingplaces.com and no answer i can call because i can`t speak english so can anyone helpme with this question?

Hello- VEC members do receive 25% off Hot Deals rental reservations booked 60 days or less prior to arrival. If you have logged onto your account on-line and are not receiving the discount at the time of purchase then I suspect your account is not set up with your VEC membership. Please email me directly at karend@tradingplaces.com and I will assist; I will need your name and/or account number. This is an easy fix, sorry for the inconvenience.

This has got to be one of the quickest responds from a Vacation rep I have seen, YOU not only came here but wrote all that in under 10 min. It would have taken me 15 to type that with my super fast one finger typing skills, Karen thank you for that speedy response. It may make it to our record books that we do not have yet
