Cancelling & making another exchange

Hello,
I was called today and told that you have a 'match' for my requested exchange. However, it is one day earlier than my 'perfect' date. I think I will go ahead and accept the week anyway since I only have a month before I leave. This will necessitate us renting a hotel for one night.

I do have another week on deposit with you and so I'll probably start another search for the exact day I need the unit. If this second request is filled and I cancel the first one will I forfeit the original exchange fee or just part of it? Can you tell I'm begging?

TPI rocks!

I can't give all the great details here but let me just say that TPI is an awesome company with awesome employees. They have solved my problem with a sacrifice on their part. You can bet that none of the larger exchange companies would have done this much to make a customer smile. Hooray for TPI! Thank you M.

I can't tell you how happy I am to hear this!

I deposited my Desert Breezes 2007 week with them to exchange for a summer 2008 week.

I'm hoping they can become an attractive alternative for us and if successful we will look to them for our future needs particularly in Hawaii, California area.

Good show TPI. I hope more people read success stories like this and decide to give your company a try.
