I was the one who asked the question on the chat session about why I wasn't called last week when a 'match' was made on my request. Marcie asked me to call her and I did. She said the reason I wasn't called was that I had asked for a 1BR and the week they had was a 2BR. But she admitted I should have been called anyway and given a choice. So, she spend a few minutes looking at her Jan. 2008 inventory and found a 1BR at the GM in Puerto Vallarta. Maybe she had this week tucked away for herself!! Just kidding, Marcie. I will call tomorrow and confirm. What a great company! Kudos!

I have been dealing with Trading Places for years and have never been disappointed with their service. I thought the chat last night was alot of fun and was I glad to learn we could extend our exchange vouchers one time for a 6 month period. Marcie seemed good natured, with all the questions that were fired at her! Thanks Lawren for your efforts. I really appreciated the opportunity to chat online with my favorite exchange company!

I am really sorry I missed the chat, but the transcript gave a lot of info. I did laugh reading the transcript when I saw how many questions were asked in succession... of course I would expect no less from our members and agree that Marcie appears to have done a great job handling us "tradophiles..."
