If there is no week avaiable to match my online exchange request when it is submitted, does Trading Places keep my search ongoing? Is a Trading Places agent actively searching the search request for us?

I submitted a search request this weekend. An agent called me on Monday and left me a voice message. After I called back, and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes, I left this agent a voice message. When I talked to this agent today, he claimed he never got my voice message. And he did not remember why he called me and he did not have my search request. He asked me to check the online exchange availability by myself.

What is the point to submit a search request if I still need to check online daily by myself?

However in answer to your questions, yes, when you submit a search whether it be online or with an agent, our system and agents both work the requests until a match is found. Once we find something, you are notified by phone of what is available. This process can sometimes take days, weeks, even months before its confirmed. This process can even be immediate or within hours as well.
