I have a two bedroom lock out at Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort. Will you take the one bedroom and the studio as separate deposits?

Lock Off unit

Yes! if you deposit it as 2 weeks, one being a 1B and the other being a studio. But remember, they will trade this way as well. So when you get ready to trade the studio unit, you will only get a studio unless you want to upgrade.

Upgrade charge

Upgrade charge from a studio to a 1B unit would be $100.00. To a 2b unit it would be $300.00.

Are you working on the assumption that the studio is sleep 2 only or have the upgrade charges gone up?

Upgrade charges

Our upgrade charges have not gone up. They are the same. However, if you join our Vacation Exchange club, you do get a discount on the fees.
