What is the chance of getting a one bedroom or a two bedroom for 2 weeks at the new Fairfield Waikiki, from August to December 2008? I prefer a 2 but will accept a 1 bedroom. I need an honest answer to determine whether to bank with you or RCI.

How about the trading power? Do I have to exchange a 1 bedroom with a 1 bedroom, and a 2 with a 2? I own a week 15 OBBC 1 bedroom and a floating summer Plantation Resort at Myrtle Beah 2 bedroom. Will you accept them as traders?

Do you have resorts on Waikiki with a quality close to Fairfields? Some resorts on Waikiki can be disappointing.

FF Waikiki

An honest answer would be, YES, I am sure we can get FF Waikiki for you especially with the flexibility you are providing. We do get quite a bit of inventory at this resort.

We trade like for like; if you give us a 1B you will get a 1B same with the 2B's. However, if you own a 1B and would like to get a 2B you do have the option to pay for an upgrade.

As far as your week, yes we will accept your week for this exchange.
