when you bank your week, you should recieve a banking acknowledgement confirmation as well as an actual certificate along with it.

OK, so then I'll wait for the mail

to see, and I now know that the certificates are like cash, you need to have it in your hand inorder to use a bonus week, then you want them mailed back to you..

If you want to use the bonus weeks or just verify that they are there, you can call TPI. The reps can see the bonus weeks in your account. I have never had to mail them anything to use one.
