  • Kudos to Nick Burson @ the TPI office located in the Kahana Falls Maui

Last Saturday evening I was searching TPI's inventory and found an exchange I wanted. For some reason the web would not confirm the exchange as an error message came up the several times that I tried. I wanted this exchange and did not think it would last in the inventory but the TPI exchange offices were closed and Marcie must have gone home too as I tried her number.

In my frustration I thought I would give Nick Burson a call at the Kahana Falls office since there is the three hour time difference. Luckily he was there and he was able to confirm my exchange efficiently and with no problems. He is a real nice guy, an Orange County CA boy and Angels fan, who we met when we were staying at the Kahana Falls in Maui last July. TPI has recently opened an office there and Nick is the TPI representative who is now living the Hawaiian lifestyle.

Just so you know....if you are ever there say hello....and know that you can call him and he will help in a time of need.

Thanks again Nick. And thanks again TPI for the exchange and service.

    Quick thinking, RedOct.

Gotta love those independents!!! Most especially TPI.

That's great John! Glad you got the exchange.

I had to ring up the DAE office in England once when the Australian office was closed.

It's good it that the independents are getting big enough to have numerous offices in different time zones.

L2 just posted a bulk banking at TPI for Kahana Falls. I also saw it last night.

It looks like with the new TPI office located at Kahana Falls and the promotion they are doing with the owners that maybe a lot of the inventory for KF will now be in TPI instead of RCI. We shall see.

From what I remember hearing.....Part of the promotion was that the owners and board had said that they wanted an alternate to RCI and that the board investigated the options and made a deal with TPI.

Done deal on Kahana Falls. and also on Aruban Resort & Casino <aka LaCabana Villas>.

Marcie told me she will make an effort to let us know here exclusively at TS4Ms the new strategic properties as they sign them. They are working very hard for more caribbean and east coast.

TPI is making all the right moves.

In my desperation to book another week which I was unable to do on-line because of some technical glitch.....I tried calling Nick again but it was late Saturday night and I really didn't expect a young guy from Cali who lives in Maui to be in the office....and he wasn't. He did call me back promptly on Monday morning and I had already solved my issue with HQ...but I do have to say 'again' that the service is great at TPI.
