Bonus week ??

I deposited my week prior to Oct 31 & entered the code given the reminder post. My deposited week shows in my account. I have received my Banking acknowledgement but did not receive the bonus week certificate. Should it have been mailed with the banking acknowledgement?

Is this for Trading Places or SFX?
I ask because SFX had a 10/31 deadline for certain bonus week promotions.

Since a new offer for bonus weeks is being posted, I guess I will ask this again. I have not received any response to why I did not receive a bonus week for the deposit I made in October.
