Size Upgrade Fees

Hi Marcie
I have 2 seperate but similar questions.

1. I know there is a fee for an upgrade in unit size when I make an exchange. For example; I deposit a 1 bedroom and exchange for a 2 bedroom unit. What is the fee? Is it doubled for an exchange from studio to 2 bedroom?

2. Do these same fees apply for use of a bonus certificate? Or is the certificate good for anything within the 45 day window?

And if I can tag on a similiar question....

Is the upgrade fee from studio to 1 or 2 bedroom different if the studio is a only sleep 2?

The upgrade charge from a Studio sleep 4 to a 2B unit is $200.00, if you are a member of our Vacation Exchange Club, the would be $160.00.

Regarding Upgrades for the bonus certificates, yes there is an upgrade fee. The certs are issued as "like for like" units. (I am trying to change this rule and will keep you all posted)

the upgrade charge from a 2 sleeper studio is $100 more than a 4 sleeper studio.
