  • Ongoing search-how are we notified?

    I've done a few successful exchanges with you but I've only confirmed a week after I called to check what was available. I thought you would have my 'request' on file and that I would be called, or emailed, when a match occurred. I'm guessing that you do NOT have a powerful computer in place that matches requests and that we MUST call in to complete our exchange. Is this correct? Should we call every day?

    Definitely, RCI notifies by Western Union telegrams. And i think the pony express may be on strike.

      When a week matches your request we will notify you by telephone. If you called in and we were able to confirm you, there is a good chance we had just received the availability to match your request.
