Exhange Availability general area categories

I could have sworn that TPI used to have a California - Southern coast category....but now I only see a California - Southern category. Is that the category that anything on the Southern California Coast inventory would show up?

As I have searched the last few months I have not seen any So. Cal coast inventory....am I just missing it?
