What is TPI's policy toward both members and resorts on exchange deposits made before the disaster when a resort has to close temporarily due to damage from a hurricane or other natural disaster?

We have allowed the members to use their banked weeks.

When a resort or company has given us weeks and a natural disaster occurred, they have graciously replaced our weeks. If they were unable to, we did not require compensation.
