Wow I didn't realize it had been months since I had stopped in here at TS4MS. Here is the link to the blog from our AK Adventure: David & Von's Great Alaskan Adventure .
I have to say, it was a trip beyond our wildest imagination, especially the time we spent at Lake Clark National Park. Truly a National Geographic moment among the brown (grizzly) bears. Photos are posted on the blog if you're interested in seeing a little of what we got to experience.
The RV adventure was very pleasurable and relatively easy. We were fortunate that the RV was so "user friendly" and intuitive. David did fabulously driving it.
Our trip was made possible through the barter of our Hawaii timeshare in exchange for the use of the RV. That went well, and our barter friends will be spending their holiday season (12/25 through 1/8) on Oahu! I know they'll have a great time.
