  • New Grand Pacific Rresorts owner

We are excited. We just won an ebay auction for a 2 bdr, 2nd floor Courtyard unit at Carlsbad Inn, week 38, which will be my wife's birthday week most of the time. Plus, no more 1 in 4 restriction on the SoCal GPR's.

That is so cool, getting around 1 in 4 is huge, I am always tempted for the exact same reason.

You can exchange with SFX and not have the 1 in 4 restriction. That is assuming that SFX will accept your week for deposit.

or that they have GPR inventory that you want to take. This isn't Grand Mayan or even Manhattan Club.

Right now RCI is continuing to be the place to go for exchange GPR.

The MFs are not cheap and there are 7 resorts in this group.

RCI exchange group rule is strictly enforced forany combo of the following resorts; 1285, 1379, 2885, 3007, 3987, a474 and 5362. Only 1 confirmation allowed per memberaccount in 4 years.

          Congratulations to you both.

I can use SFX, but I see a lot of GPP on RCI

Of course there is a lot of GPR inventory with RCI - with 1 in 4 nobody can use them!

The reason I suggested SFX was to avoid the 1 in 4 rule with RCI that the OP mentioned. As far as inventory, I am not sure what they have for GPR but it is listed in their directory. I live pretty close to GPR so don't have any reason to go there.

Send a PM to 4Red or Calidave directly so they can do what they need to do for sending you the invite.
