Management changes at Laguna Surf!

I just got my owner's newsletter today and the management company will be changing Jan 1 from Wyndham to Tricom. Wyndham has been the management company for many years but now they are out. No more exchanging in through the Preferred Status Exchange program (although the ability has been quite limited for some time). Tricom also runs Platinum Interchange so expect to see exchange opportunities pop up through them. I believe Tricom also manages Laguna Shores and you see availability there.

I haven't really ever used PI but I may now if more Laguna inventory starts showing up.
