Not that I am still looking at it or anything.... but, it says "Maintenance fees are approx. $788 (Jan 1) annually and will be billed to you for your 2014 usage." For those of you who own there, what are the total annual dues with tax and reserve, etc?

I bet if you wanted to just "buy it now" he would honor it ahead of time. Just a guess...but I found them very flexible when I purchased something from them.

He is right on the money. It's 787.63 for a 1bd. You can pay in 4 installments which adds 20.00..5.00 to each payment.
Taxes are billed separately by SD county and will be very low, may be $20 a year. 788 is what Carlsbad Inn bills you. I don't know if that number is exactly right but it sounds close. The 2 bdr mf is over 800.
