I think we are both better off this way.
Now, we have to beat up whoever bought it. Not really. It is a relief. I love that TS and I can trade into it. I just can't get a 3rd floor unit by trading.

Great resort, nice time of year...

I agree and the weather is still nice and warm and the ocean water as warm as it will get in Southern California (never warm). This is a great resort. I wonder if the buyers will post here that they bought.
