Inn at the Opera Questions

We are looking at an exchange to Inn at the Opera in San Francisco for early spring of next year. Any and all information would be appreciated about this resort and area.

I've never stayed there, but it wouldn't be my first choice of location for San Francisco. Personally I like the Union Square area better.

i never stayed there but the yelp reviewers said its more like a apartment than a resort.
i stayed at vino bello in napa and it was nice and modern with personal Jacuzzi. it was a nice resort.
and u can go to san Francisco as well from napa not too far from the resort area.
