        Hi!
I took an interest in your post because I have stayed at The Sea Ranch previously in a privately rented home. The area is very quiet. Anyway-this is what I came up with for the address posted. It appears to be a campground??? Hope this helps.

The phone number is 949 area code and that is the next city over in South Orange County. I searched for GEVC.net and there is no web site. It looks like a recent 'Gold Crown' addition to RCI.....but not much other info.

This is the first time I seen this post

I never heard of this place before.
When I come back from our vacation, I will take a drive along the coast and take a look at GEVC at Lighthouse Pointe. It looks pretty nice to me and a very nice area.

                      Ken,

Let me know if you want to stay there as there seems to be regular inventory available in the off season last min rental market. The following is available at Vets holidays and I have seen it several times before.

I have stayed at the GEVC Lighthouse Pointe. It was awesome. I went up with a few girlfriends and we stayed at this cute little "cottage resort" for a few days. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. The resort staff was awesome! We went out for a couple of dinners, BBQed at the resort and hung out with other resort guests around a bonfire at night. There is also a bunch of cool stuff to do like horseback riding, visiting the lighthouse and beach. I would highly recommend it.
