New Years Eve in Palm Springs - what to do?

Anybody know of any special NY Eve events in PS? We've seen the Follies twice, so have eliminated that. Has anyone seen the play "Viagra Falls" - it's supposed to be hilarious. We prefer a small jazz club rather than large hotel. I've looked on the Internet & can't find much. Maybe it's too early? Suggestions appreciated. TIA

On one of my trips to Palm Springs I was told, by someone who lives there, that there isn't much night life. Most of the residents prefer to entertain in their own homes. Don't know if this has changed or not.

Your best bet would be at the FIVE casinos in metro area.
