I am leaving warm South Florida (Boca Raton) for San Francisco tommorow. I will be at the W Hotel Tuesday-Friday.

The weather is supposed to get into the 30's. I guess I will leave my shorts home as it has been in the 80's here.

I am meeting with Ken "Faust" on Wednesday November 29th for drinks, and dinner somewhere downtown near the W Hotel.

If anyone else wants to crash the party, let us know ASAP.

Hey Guys smoke a Cigar for me.

Faust originally wanted to meet at a smoking club, but I am not that big of a smoker. I only smoke a few stogies on the golf course 2-3 times per year and have a hard time talking the next day, perhaps it is those imported Cubans my friends bring. I will be at an educational trade show and I need my voice working. I think there is a seafood place close to the W Hotel.

dinner at the flytrap

We will be meeting at the flytrap restaurant tomorrow evening, November 30, and everyone is welcome to come. We will be meeting at 6:30. The web address is www.flytraprestaurant.com. The reservation is set for four people, so if anyone else is going to come, please respond ASAP so we can contact the restaurant to add additional seating to the reservation.

I am now at the W Hotel in downtown San Fran. The hotel is very nice, but Internet access is $14.95 per year. I just took the F trolley to Pier 39 and Fisherman's wharf.

You must have read my mind as I went to Boudin for dinner and had the clam chowder in a bread bowl....awesome.

It is getting cold in SF as compared to South Florida, I actually have to wear a jacket.

I was also surprised how many street panhandlers that are here. If I gave $1 to everyone who asked me tonight, I would have spent about $50.

awesome time

I met with Ken tonight and we had a great time at dinner. The food was awesome, but the best part was when Ken took me on a 2 hour tour of San Francisco in his convertible. We hit all the hot spots in the city and it was a blast. The cool crisp night air was a refreshing change from South Florida.

Ken...thanks again....I owe you a tour of South Florida if you ever decide to visit....
