  • Grand Pacific Palisades - TV in both bedrooms?

I have a two bedroom on hold at this resort and will probably confirm. I'd prefer something a bit closer to the beach, but the resort looks beautiful.

Does anyone know if there is a TV in both bedrooms? Also, is there an online floorplan anywhere? I've been unable to find anything like that.

Thank you so much in advance.

Yes they do have a TV in both bedrooms. The units are spacious. I remember seeing a layout somewhere but will have to track it down for you. We are going there for two weeks starting next week so I will get you a layout if there is one.

I had a 3BR there last year and there were TVs in each BR. It is a very nice resort. The view from the adult pool (chldren are allowed on weekends) is panoramic, and the resort has a good restaurant attached. I would grab it.

Thank you both. We are going with another couple and everybody likes their own TV. I think it will do very nicely.

Farther from beach-and from the train tracks!!!

Another bonus is that you don't have the train tracks right behind you. We stayed at Seapoint (loved that it was so close to the beach), and while nice (although GPP I think is much nicer a resort) there are trains right behind the building. My kids would jump up and run to their room to watch the trains out the window-coaster runs during the day and freight trains at night. They slept through the freight trains, but my husband and I did not. I would also grab the GPP.

We have confirmed the GPP for Labour Day of 2008. We stayed at Aquamarine Villas this last summer and the trains were definitely a bit of a nuisance.
