'Worst year' for run-ins with bears at Tahoe

Yeah, I noticed all the bear crossing signs.

It used to be when you went to Tahoe, you saw lots of deer crossing signs; but on my last trip up it looked like they were changed to bear crossing signs instead.

Somebody hit a Wallaby near here yesterday. That may have been a first for New England.
