  • San Luis Bay Inn

I have recently seen some of the units at this location described as "Presidential" in lieu of 1"Br, 2BR, or Studio". Can anyone tell me what that means? TIA

There are 2 different sections at San Luis Bay Inn. The older original section was built as a private "inn" by the original owner of the property. The newer section is a Sunterra developement with lock-off units. I own what is called a mini-suite in the origional building. It is essentially a studio unit but not a lock-off. In the same building there are 1 bedroom/2 bath units that are the presidential suites. They are very large but have partial kitchens like the mini-suites. I have heard recently that the kitchens are being re-done to be full kitchens.

All units, of any size in either section have ocean views. Hope this helps.

I think I understand, but probably won't fully appreciate the differences until I go and see for myself.

      Thanks

Barndweller is correct. The one bedroom (Presidential) has 2 baths and the one bedroom in the Sunterra side has only one bath and is a smaller unit but newer. We have stayed in both and you will be happy with either. San Luis Bay Inn is a wonderful resort and we will be there again in August.
