Thanks. From what I could find out, it looks like the going rate is $2000 to $2300. Does anyone know what the maintenance fees are?

Did a search and find out MF is $800 for a 1 BR unit! Ouch!

My 1BR cottage was $530 this year, nowhere near what you quoted, $2000 would be a good buy.

There are different size units there and that owner descibes a 1BR/6 (mine is only a 1BR/4) so that may be accurate for a bigger unit.
