Need week in So Cal in Sept

I need a week in LA/Laguna area in mid September...
Willing to swap 2 RCI weeks in exchange...
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I may accomplish this???
As usual, RCI is useless...

Wow! If you're talking about 2007, rotsa ruck! It's next to impossible to get California coastal weeks without a long lead time, and a good trader. Laguna is particularly difficult, not having many timeshares. You must be new to timesharing, right? Welcome to TS4Ms. Jean

Cruise Redweek and tickle some landlords. Never know...

Much depends on what your RCI weeks can pull, what they might want, and whether you're both willing to quietly circumvent RCI TOS to effect your goal (no consideration for assignment of an exchange).

BTW, I didn't see anything coastal above Oceanside at a reasonable price (IOW, what a landlord might consider for a swap). You might check the TUG LMR board....

Just a few days ago (was it Sunday night, I think...?) a 2BR unit was available at Four Seasons Aviara... I sure would have liked that one but decided to pass on it... oh well...

Not new to timeshares but relatively new to TS4MS...
I know Ca timeshares are hard to come by on short notice but
my son just moved from New York City to Hermosa Beach and I was trying to get out to West Coast to visit...

Paul....you may want to consider using one of the independents in the future especially if your trading power in RCI is not so good.
