    The building is nice and is getting close to completion. Does anyone have any information on it? It looks like developer pricing from a reseller. Does anyone know this reseller?

    I just saw this on Ebay and they are selling the property now.

    Angel England is a real estate agent, she does a lot of FF resell. Since she sell for the owner and not a post card company, so she can only put the price the owner willing to take. This one looks like is just purchased recently, so it should be very close to the developer price. Don't know what happen to the owner

      $15K for 805Kpts is nowhere near developer pricing. If you wanted home resort advantage at Oceanside this would probably be a good buy. RPMI, Jeff Fudge, and Angel have been around for a long time and do a good business.

        Stan was right, I misread the total point. It is a resort that have not completed, so basically, it should be no MF cost. It is new resort, so this deal is in the low end of price. The price per point is just a little over to $19/k and developer price is you don't neg is around $175/k. Unlike the post card company, she usually check this kind of deal throughly.

          Thanks for the input. I really don't know the FF/Wyndham system. My primary interest is the Oceanside Pier property.

          Is the 'developer' pricing for Wyndham/FF pretty standard across the board?

          Is the developer Wyndham/FF actually selling this property now? Where?

          What is the developer pricing and incentives?

            Developer pricing is in the $175/1000 points range and pretty standard. The devleoper has been selling this property for at least a year.

                Don't know if they are selling there, but most likely. And don't have their point chart. I will guess it may be good for 2 to 3 week 2 BD prime in that point range (Angle's List).

                Actually, click on term and condition, at the end, it says where it is selling what I believe.
