I can see it now. Definate one-in-four rule and almost imposiible to trade in during prime weeks but it looks like it will be VERY VERY nice!

This will open around the same time the new Wyndham will open in Oceanside. This should open up some needed inventory in So. Cal. Coastal Region.

It's ok to dream a little dream....looking forward to the sightings.
