  • URGENT MESSAGE FOR ALL GRAND PACIFIC PALISADES RESORT OWNERS - we need your vote

    I have already voted.....have you?

Please send in your votes so GPP can get quorum. Thanks.

    From the resort:

URGENT MESSAGE FOR ALL GRAND PACIFIC PALISADES RESORT OWNERS
Attached is the 2008 Proxy card and WE URGENTLY NEED YOUR VOTE!

Currently, we have not received enough votes to establish a quorum - and the Annual Homeowners Meeting is just around the corner! This impacts our ability to hold the Election of Board of Directors or conduct business at our Annual Homeowners Meeting on April 26, 2008. Without a quorum of the membership present at the meeting, in person or by proxy, the Association may be required to adjourn and re-notice the meeting to all owners at additional expense to the Association, which is paid from your assessments. Therefore, if you have not already returned your proxy, you are urged to complete, sign and return the proxy card immediately. If you have already submitted your proxy, please disregard this notice.

Simply print out this email, complete the appropriate proxy card and fax the proxy to (760)828-4289. No cover page is necessary. (Note: Checking the blank marked "withhold" will ensure that your proxy will not be voted, but will still count toward the quorum requirement.)

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can drop it by the resort in person, if you are in the area in the next week, or mail it to the resort at:
