            I think at this 'end' TS ownership, things are just business as usual....these are probably 'wanna B' 4 season people - they really couldn't afford it to begin with

              Not too sure as I think many may have splurged on things such as timeshares when they had disposable income. Now, much of that income may be gone . I think that we may see more "fire sales" in the t/s world as in the real estate market such as second homes, etc.
              Just a theory.
