I just got a notice from RCI about construction at the SCBC telling me to expect all the noise and that it was too bad because there was no way they were going to refund me any exchange fees if it was too much to handle and I wanted to cancel it. Seems they just want to cya.

Dave or anyone who has been there lately.....aren't they done yet?????

Its funny, I got the same letter about a month ago talking about my upcoming stay at SCBC.. ummm.. thats not until July

Everything will be done before the annual meeting on May 13th.
You should come to the meeting

There will be some lingering issues, but its stuff like new BBQ's and other items that are awaiting more $$ in the budget.

My letter was dated Feb 6th for a stay late June. I just found the letter so thought I would ask. Is there a chance it is going to run over your deadline? Did they completely refurb the two bedrooms?
