What are the best times to visit Palm Springs? We are not a fan of 'hot' weather.

I would probably skip May as it can be pretty hot. We live just an hour's drive from Palm Springs and frequently visit there for 2-3 day getaways. Peak season is mid-February to April.

We had heavenly weather last October and the place was deserted....perfect!

We visited mid October and had a wonderful week.
II had all 3 Marriott resorts available in October as last minute getaways....
2bedroom villas on golf course only $434!!!
Dont do the Hummer desert tour....its a ripoff....
Definitely do the Tram up the mountain...it was awesome!!!!
One caveat about October...if you are a golfer, many of the courses closed
in October for overseeding of winter grass.
