I lucked out and just got an exchange for a 1 bed (the larger sized one) at Welk's Villas on the Green for this June. I am going with hubby and 2 boys, ages 4 and 2. This is our first time staying here. For those of you that have visited Welk, any info, tips or recommendations for me? When I called the resort they asked if I wanted patio or balcony, and said that either way I'd have steps, down to the patios or up to the balcony. I went with patio, but I'm having second thoughts. Any thoughts on this?
