    There will be a $200 special assessment for OVI. Just got the letter today.

    What is the assessment for? And is it a one time assessment for multiple years.

      It's a one time assessment. I think it's to build a place to store skies or something like that. It's not due to mismanagement of funds. Owners voted to have the building built.
