How did I miss this Ft. Laud resort?

Since I live in Florida, I thought I knew all of the local resorts but just discovered a new one on II today.

It's Ocean Manor on Galt Ocean Drive.

When did this become a timeshare? Has anyone stayed here yet?

It looks nice.

Terrible flashback! I used to work at a bank on Galt Ocean Drive. If the rudest most nasty people banking there wasn't quite enough, getting robbed several times, once as a take over with guns, was enough to make me never want to go near that strip of real estate again!

Other than that, hope the new timeshare is nice!

Didn't know it was a timehare but I have been there for an event. It os an older place. The beach is very narrow in Galt Mile. You would be better off staying a few blocks north in the LBTS resorts.

Doubt I'll do an exchange there as I just love my Hollywood beach timeshare and am not crazy about Ft. Lauderdales beaches but I had never seen this one til the other day and I'm always looking at the Southeast coast exchange opportunities and last calls/getaways.
