This isn't technically a timeshare, but the story was bizarre enough I wanted to share.. This is a condo-hotel on the beach near the Dunlawton Ave Bridge. They have whole-ownership condos, and those owners get some exchange privileges with interval international- so it's possible to exchange into the property.

I think this lady qualifies as a true neighbor from hell!

That has been our experience on the upper righthand coast, normally from the people at the front desk at checkin.

Seriously, our experiences in that area have not been good. I like to say the resort personnel seem to have attended the Don Rickles School of Hospitality, but were not friendly enough to graduate.

The only friendly resort employee was our housekeeper, a young mother who had moved with her kids from NYC, and was very appreciative to be away from there. All other employees acted like they were still there (in NYC).

The lefthand coast is much friendlier, more laid back.

For January the upper righthand coast has always been the last to be taken.
