Time-share mogul Siegel's assets open to the public
I think I'll offer full price for all of his properties to be paid in a like kind exchange of Westgate timeshares valued at full developer price. How much would that cost me out of pocket? Couple thousand dollars?
As a real estate invester you need to know the repairs needed and After Repair Value. I'd start at 70% of ARP and then deduct repairs, all closings and other expenses and possible carrying costs to get into the properties and then determine a real price to offer.
