Can anyone tell me anything about this resort?
I'll be going there in October and can't find any recent information on it.
    I'll be in unit 102
    Thanks for any help

Is this the one on Fort Myers Beach?
    If so, JLB stayed there.
Each unit is different, they are individually owned. It is a nice beach and quite close to the old town area.
    His unit was quite large.

Nice place. Small. Intimate. On the beach. A few units are wholly owned.

      What ya need to know?

I made a mistake when putting in my unit number
        It will be 103
Can you tell me what kind of view I may have?
I read in a old review that there are no beach chairs at the resort and that you need to bring your own
Does that include the pool area?
        Is there enough parking?
It's hard to tell from the pictures the size of the TV's.
        Are they large or small?
        Markets close by?
        Guess that's all for now
        Thanks for any help

Only two units per floor have a full Gulf view. The other units have a little Florida room staggered out so everyone sees a little beach/Gulf. Our unit was one of those, and it was fine.

The units were redecorated not long before we were there, and that was a couple years ago . . . whenever everyone here was going to Grand Cayman.

We did not take beach chairs and did not miss not having any. There is a nice BBQ, sunset viewing area, with seating. The pool is small, on the road side, and I don't recall chairs, but, again, did not miss them if they were not there.

We snuck over to the resort next door to use their hot tub.

Beachfront resorts have limited parking. Expect one space per unit, with a few guest spaces. Again, we had no problem with parking spaces, nor did our guests.

TVs were fine. Civilization and stores near at hand. There's a Publix on Ft. Myers Beach.
