Seems to be a few of these happening, and I recall some speculated that they might when the severity of the economic speedbump became apparent.

Not long ago I posted that the wording of updates coming from one of the resorts where we own seems to be leaning in that direction.

I'm not sure how it could have no impact at all on owners. Just the fact of impending bankruptcy has an impact on values.
